STEPHEN V KOLBE, President
Steve Kolbe founded ANALYSYS in 1995 and has grown the organization from startup into a regionally recognized and respected brand. Mr. Kolbe steers the company's strategic vision of regional industry leadership through responsible growth. In addition to numerous recent awards such as Smart CEO's 2008 Smart 100 and 2009 Circle of Excellence Winner for Excellence in Customer Service, Mr. Kolbe has been recognized by various local initiatives which operate in service to the community, earning recognitions such as ReVisions ReVisionary award.
Mr. Kolbe has served as an advisor on various technology, educational, and local boards and committees, including The Executive Advisory Board for Higher Education and has served as a technology advisor for Representatives Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. and Elijah E. Cummings. A lifelong Marylander, Mr. Kolbe attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

SCOTT P STEPHAN, Vice President
Scott Stephan possesses more than ten years in IT-related consulting and management expertise. Prior to joining ANALYSYS, Mr. Stephan was responsible for new site expansions and infrastructure development at ComputerTraining.com, a national provider of classroom based IT training and certification. Building on this experience, Mr. Stephan joined ANALYSYS as a director of information technology to an ANALYSYS client with over five-hundred employees and seventeen offices. Promoted to the position of Vice President in 2005, Mr. Stephan is responsible for vision and oversight of ANALYSYS' technical services and operations.

ADAM V WROTEN, Director of Finance
Adam Wroten is a finance and accounting professional with over fifteen years of local industry experience. Prior to joining ANALYSYS in 2004, Mr. Wroten served in a similar capacity at Rush Computer Rentals, a global provider of IT rental equipment. In addition to financial stewardship, Mr. Wroten is responsible for the oversight and advancement of ANALYSYS' eCommerce initiatives. |

THOMAS P NIETO, Director of Strategic Consulting Services
Thomas Nieto, a part of the ANALYSYS team since 2000, has truly grown, and grown with the company. Mr. Nieto presently oversees strategic planning for clients, and directs a team of consultants engaged in projects, project management, and consulting services. Prior to this present role, Mr. Nieto was IT Director for Affiliated Sante Group, a regional behavioral health specialist with four hundred fifty employees in eleven offices throughout the eastern United States. Mr. Nieto is a Microsoft accredited professional. |

DONALD W. CALDERONE, Director of Technical Services
Donald Calderone is an operations professional with more than ten years of technical consulting and management experience. He joined the ANALYSYS Team in January 2007 and is primarily responsible for oversight of technical services provided by ANALYSYS call center and field support staff. Prior to Joining ANALYSYS Mr. Calderone served as the CEO of ProPoint Technologies, LLC, a local firm specializing in small and medium size business IT consulting. Mr. Calderone is a Microsoft and Cisco Certified Systems Engineer.

SAMANTHA KOLBE, Director of Human Resources
Samantha Kolbe is a human resources and management professional with more than eight years of human resource and management experience. She joined the ANALYSYS Team in 2001 and is responsible for managing all aspects of human resource development at ANALYSYS. Prior to joining ANALYSYS Mrs. Kolbe managed a boutique hotel in Western Australia, and was the executive chef of her own hospitality and catering company. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and possesses both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. Mrs. Kolbe is currently an executive MBA candidate at Loyola University in Timonium, MD.
