BALTIMORE, June 15 -- ANALYSYS, a leader in green computing technology, announced its recognition by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Green Power Partner.  As the only Information Technology company in Maryland presently holding this honor, ANALYSYS continues to demonstrate its leadership in the area of green technology and environmental stewardship through its work to reduce carbon emissions.  

The EPA Green Power Partnership program is designed to assist organizations with obtaining green power that improves their environmental performance.  Organizations that the EPA recognizes in this program must demonstrate a commitment to investing in clean power solutions  and engaging in practices which ultimately reduce or eliminate carbon emissions.

ANALYSYS, along with other EPA Green Power Partners, now purchase enough green electricity to power nearly 1.5 million homes a year.  In addition to investing in current forms of renewable energy, ANALYSYS has invested in the future development of new forms of renewable energy and continues to help protect the environment.
